- About Me:
- My name is Alla. I'm not a model, I'm an interpreter by profession. I like foreign languages, but I'm not sure that translating is my vocation. Of course, I read and translate much, but mainly for myself. Sometimes I write articles... but I don't want to dedicate my life to linguistics. There are many interesting things in the world, I'd like to know, to perceive, to learn as much as it possible.
I like music more than anything else and may be I'll compose it in the future. May be I'll paint or write novels, I don't know yet.
Anyway, I think I stay at the beginning of my life and I have opportunity to choose every way I like.

It's hard to choose one favourite book, all books that I've read had an influence on me. But I can list some of them, that impressed me much.

*Franz Kafka - "Das Schloss" (The Castle)
*Octave Mirbeau - "Le Jardin des supplices" (Torture Garden)
I'll add more books, if I have time.
What about writers, I like E.M. Remarque for his humanity,
Henry Miller for his sarcasm, Somerset Maugham for his naturalness and irony.
